Return & Cancellation Policy
All alcohol sales are final once the order has been picked up. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on liquor products after pickup, including unopened items.
Order Issues or Discrepancies
If there is an issue with your order—such as the wrong item received, or a damaged or defective product—please contact us before leaving the store so we can resolve it promptly.
Discrepancies must be reported at the time of pickup.
Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
Cancellations:
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are accepted up until the scheduled pickup time.
Once the order has been picked up or the pickup time has passed, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
